J. 19-0452 NOTICE OF COMPLETION - FISCAL YEAR 2019-2020 PALOS VERDES DRIVE NORTH RE-SURFACING PROJECT BY HARDY & HARPER, INCORPORATED Recommendation: That the City Council: 1) Accept the PVDN Resurfacing Project as complete; 2) Authorize the City Clerk to file the Notice of Completion form with the Los Angeles County Recorder's Office on March 25, 2020; and 3) If no claims are filed within 35 days after recordation, direct staff to release the 5% construction retention payment to Hardy & Harper, Inc. in the amount of $19,586.78.
