The proposed privacy screen would need to be at least 33’ in length to maintain the privacy in my jacuzzi spa and that still does nothing about the windows that now look directly into my own windows. Live plantings would take a very long time to create a screen and would be subject to being properly maintained in order to achieve the desired effect, and based on what we now know I doubt that there would be any effort to maintain them.
