We are dismayed to have been excluded until this week-we could have suggested more cost effective, less intrusive and disruptive solutions. The rear left perspective has a deck and windows that look directly into our kitchen, family room and master bedroom and in fact greatly impact our privacy and views. This is a real financial disaster for us with its impact on our home's desirability and value.

I am shocked the Planning Commission does not recognize our main objection for the proposed addition to 42 ESR is a violation of privacy and view. If this addition is approved, they will have unobstructed views into our master bedroom and we will have to live with our blinds closed at all times. In addition to that, our current green view and blue sky view will be replaced by a massive second story building. I feel this is extremely unfair and obtrusive to us and our neighborhood.
