I agree the vehicles U-turning are a problem and often cause concern for those on the bike trail as well. However, I wonder if restricting U-turns will cause more motorists to turn onto our small streets, speeding up and down the lanes only to effectively U-turn on PV drive. I see this often on Dobbin lane with the driver’s appearing to have little or no concern for children or other residents; another problem I’d be curious if there is a solution to.
