PA-210382; ADDRESS: 7 Sorrel Lane, Rolling Hills Estates, CA 90274; APPLICANT: Paul and Gina Pham; A request for a Neighborhood Compatibility Determination (NC-210383) for one and two-story additions to be constructed along the front, side and rear yards of a two-story residence with a detached garage. A Minor Deviation (MD-210384) is required to for the construction of a single-story addition to be built along the existing easterly building line that encroaches into a side yard (4'-8"), where that side yard was legally established but nonconforming (10' min required). A second Minor Deviation (MD-210385) is required for the reduction of the front yard by less than 10%.
