RHE still has some the charm of a remote bedroom/rustic-chic community, but it won't with a development of this scope. Deep Valley Drive will also be a nightmare to the non-displaced businesses and their patrons, not only during a lengthy phased construction, but thereafter due to intense traffic and noise focused on a small street never intended to be so developed, with surrounding areas also so negatively impacted. I share others' concerns regarding displacing the fine businesses already there

Please don't let this project be built upon a geologically unstable site that will affect the entire community!

Unsafe proposed development in landslide area. Deep Valley Drive cannot support additional traffic. Does the sewer, gas, electric and water infrastructure have enough capacity for this? Too big, too many stories high, little parking. Displaces good local small businesses like Giorgios, Mama Terano and shoe repair etc. These residents will be parking at the Library and Bristol Farms, etc. as developer not planning nearly enough parking. Currently Deep Valley Drive unsafe, needs traffic signals.
