PA-240194; ADDRESS: 449 SILVER SPUR ROAD, ROLLING HILLS ESTATES, CA 90274; APPLICANT: HOWARD FEIN; DESCRIPTION: A request for a Conditional Use Permit (CUP-240195) for a medical office use (dermatology) located in an existing office building. The Project was reviewed in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (Public Resources Code § 21000 and following: "CEQA") and the State CEQA Guidelines (14 CCR § 15000 and following) and was determined to be Categorically Exempt under Class 1 of the State CEQA Guidelines, Section 15301 Existing Facilities.
