CMU block retaining wall along the north side property line and a Grading Permit (G-240317) for the import of 160 cubic yards of earth materials to fill a slope with a vertical height of more than three feet at its deepest point.
The Project was reviewed in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (Public Resources Code § 21000 and following: "CEQA") and the State CEQA Guidelines (14 CCR § 15000 and following)
and was determined to be Categorically Exempt under Class 3 of the State CEQA Guidelines, Section 15303 New Construction of Small Structures.
