PA-240465; ADDRESS: 27 AURORA DRIVE, ROLLING HILLS ESTATES, CA 90274; APPLICANT: CRISS GUNDERSON, AIA; DESCRIPTION: A request for approval of a Neighborhood Compatibility Determination (NC-240466) for 442 square feet of single-story additions to an existing single-story residence and two Minor Deviations to construct an addition that will reduce the existing front yard by less than 10% (MD-240467) and encroach into an existing front yard, not projecting beyond the forwardmost building line (MD-240468).
