PA-250177; ADDRESS: 4559 Marloma Drive, Rolling Hills Estates, CA 90274; APPLICANT: Ashley and Matt Tullius; A request for a Neighborhood Compatibility Determination (NC-250180) and approval of a Grading application (G-250181) for the construction of retaining walls, swimming pool, and outdoor fireplace/kitchen area that would require the excavation of earth materials greater than three feet in vertical height and the importation of 117 cubic yards of earth materials. The Project was reviewed in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (Public Resources Code § 21000 and following: "CEQA") and the State CEQA Guidelines (14 CCR § 15000 and following) and was determined to be Categorically Exempt under Class 3 of the State CEQA Guidelines, Section 15303 New Construction of Small Structures.
