We are agreeable to this proposed further lowering of the roof height from Herb Poon in an email on April 29th.

Over the last week, Carol and I have been discussing your proposal with our architect. We’re agreeable to lowering the height of the orange area along the east-west ridge (that is, the roof ridge parallel to the street) by 7.5 inches. This is nearly the 50% of what you requested, which if you do the calculations, would have been 8.28 inches.
