Once the agenda is published, there will be an "eComment" button next to the linked agenda under "Upcoming Events". Follow this link to the City's SpeakUp page. After you register, you may comment on any item on that particular agenda. PA-200099; LOCATION: 27 ROLLINGWOOD DRIVE, ROLLING HILLS ESTATES; APPLICANT: KEITH JOHNSON, PRITZKAT & JOHNSON ARCHITECTS; A Neighborhood Compatibility Determination (NC-200100) for a one-story addition to a single-story residence and garage. A Minor Deviation (MD-200101) is required to decrease the front yard area by less than 10% and for the encroachment of the proposed addition in the required front yard which does not project closer to the property line than the forwardmost building line. A Variance (V-200102) is requested to decrease the side yard by more than 10%.
