A. 20-0352 PLANNING APPLICATION NO. PA-19-19; LOCATION: 42 CLUB VIEW DRIVE, ROLLING HILLS ESTATES; APPLICANT: MR. JONATHAN PARK; A request for approval of a Neighborhood Compatibility Determination to construct one and two-story additions to a two-story residence. A Minor Deviation is required to decrease the front yard area by less than 10% and for the encroachment of the proposed addition into the required front yard which does not project closer to the property line than the forwardmost building line.

PA-191209; LOCATION: 2266 CARRIAGE DRIVE, ROLLING HILLS ESTATES; APPLICANT: JOE SALZETTI; Per RHEMC Section 17.72.110(C)(2), a six (6) month extension request for entitlements approved under Planning Commission Resolution No. PA-191209, including a Neighborhood Compatibility Determination (NC-190278); three Minor Deviations for reduction of the front yard area (MD-190280), additions in the front yard which do not project beyond the forwardmost building line (MD-190281), and a single story addition built along existing, nonconforming side yard setback building lines (MD-190-282); and a Variance for portions of the covered patio which would maintain less than the required rear yard setback (V-190279).
