NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Rolling Hills Estates will be held on Monday, August 31, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. via Video Teleconference. Pursuant to the Governor's Executive Order N-29-20, Planning Commission Members will be participating via teleconference. - Commission meeting videos are live-streamed on the City's website at www.rhe.city/agendas and available for viewing thereafter. - Members of the public may listen to the meeting live by calling: (1-669-900-6833) from any phone, Meeting ID: 890 4359 8849, Meeting Password: 656785. (Please note you will not have the ability to speak using the call-in option from a phone line.) - Public correspondence may be emailed to Carol Corea, Administrative Assistant at carolc@rollinghillsestatesca.gov. Emails received before 5:00 p.m. the night of the meeting will be forwarded to the Commission for their consideration and included as part of the record. - Members of the public may comment online using eComment on the "Meeting Agendas, Minutes & Videos" page of the City's website (www.rhe.city/agendas). Once the agenda is published, there will be an "eComment" button next to the linked agenda under "Upcoming Events". Follow this link to the City's SpeakUp page. After you register, you may comment on any item on that particular agenda. These comments can be seen by the public, will be considered by the Commission and become part of the record. - Members of the public who wish to speak during this meeting, may join by visiting http://www.zoom.com/join and enter the following credentials: Meeting ID: 890 4359 8849, Meeting Password: 656785. - If using a tablet or phone, download the Zoom app and enter the following credentials: Meeting ID: 890 4359 8849, Meeting Password: 656785.
