A. 20-0648 PLANNING APPLICATION NO. PA-200300; ADDRESS: 31 SANTA BELLA ROAD, ROLLING HILLS ESTATES; APPLICANT: MR. ROBERT RIBLETT; A request for a Neighborhood Compatibility Determination (NC-200301) for single-story additions along the front side yards of a single-story residence. A Minor Deviation (MD-200302) is required for a single-story addition built along existing easterly building lines that encroaches into a side yard where that side yard was legally established but nonconforming. A second Minor Deviation (MD-200303) is required for a single-story addition built along existing westerly building lines that encroaches into a side yard where that side yard was legally established but nonconforming. A Variance (V-200306) is required for a single-story addition to encroach into the legally nonconforming front yard setback.
