NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chair and Mayor have called a special joint meeting of the Environmental Advisory Committee (EAC), General Plan Advisory Committee (GPAC) and City Council for the purpose of discussing the Sustainability Element, to be called to order via teleconference at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 15, 2020. The agenda for the special meeting with the items to be discussed is set forth below. With respect to the City Council, this meeting is being noticed as a special meeting under Government Code section 54956 because three members of the City Council may be participating in the joint meeting as members of the EAC and GPAC.
