An "Activity Based Methodology" is an ambiguous term which may result in unknown negative impacts on our neighborhood.
I oppose eliminating a specified cap number at the Jack Kramer Club.
A modest hard cap membership increase could be considered provided the City and JKC take steps to ensure that potential health and safety concerns related to increased traffic and noise are addressed while enhancing the ambiance and property values that all other neighborhoods within the City of RHE enjoy.
I oppose eliminating the JKC specified membership cap and using an activity based measure that will eliminate a membership cap. I would consider support if JKC were to make improvements to their sidewalk and landscape AND provide an automated/card key gate entrance to the Montecillo neighborhood.
I oppose eliminating the JKC specified membership cap and using an activity based measure that will eliminate a membership cap. Entering and exiting the neighborhood and specifically the driveway entering the JKC is already dangerous. I have seen several members speed into the JKC driveway creating a very dangerous situation for walkers and bikers. Increasing the membership would only make this problem worse.

I oppose eliminating the JKC membership cap. Entering and exiting the neighborhood is already dangerous primarily due to JKC members. Increasing membership volume would increase this problem. In addition, the noise and traffic from JKC PM events such as concerts and movie nights would be exacerbated. It would behoove JKC to convince Cal Water to replace the 30+ trees and vegetation that they (Cal Water) removed this past year. This would buffer sound that heads east of JKC.
I oppose eliminating membership cap at JKC. Traffic is already dangerous to walk in/out of neighborhood. No cap means more vehicle traffic, making it unsafe for kids to enter/exit the neighborhood. Also, since Cal Water eliminated trees on their property, light & noise pollution from JKC now invades my backyard. This would also increase if the cap were eliminated.

I oppose eliminating a specified membership cap number at the Jack Kramer Club and using an 'activity-based' measure that will eliminate a membership cap.
I oppose eliminating the JKC membership cap to an activity cap. As a mother with 4 young children riding bikes & walking to and from school and activities (& hopefully the eventual park at PV Dr Nn & PV Dr E) the increased traffic poses tremendous risk for my family & other children in the neighborhood. Drivers in/out of Montecillo & PV Dr N do not look out for pedestrians as it is, increased activity increases risk for car-pedestrian accidents.
CasabaHOA opposes eliminating JKC member cap & concerned about number of courts plan to add for increase business & profit to JKC, yet increase maintenance cost, parking, & light & noise pollution to homes. If JKC proposal were to be passed by RHE, at the very least please pass with caveats, including but not limited to 1) changing Casaba to public road, 2) that JKC maintains the horse trails in the area and 3) Increased vegetation with added height and fullness all along JKC property border.
I oppose eliminating a specified membership cap number at the Jack Kramer Club and using an 'activity-based' measure that will eliminate a membership cap.
Oppose no cap on members and use of facility. Noise, traffic and parking would be impacted. Respect the number should and can be increased to reflect a larger population that can take advantage of the facilities but should be limited and not open. Any future CUP should be take into consideration landscaping screening and matching the 3 rail fencing of the entryway to Montecillo. Parking, electrical and trash are exposed and do not reflect well on the character of the neighborhood.
I oppose eliminating a specified cap number at the Jack Kramer Club by using an "activity based" measure that will eliminate a membership cap. Increased membership by an "unknown" amount will have a negative impact on our neighborhood by increasing traffic and noise which can also pose a potential health and safety issue.
I oppose eliminating a specified membership cap number at the Jack Kramer Club and using an 'activity-based' measure that will eliminate a membership cap. I agree that a limited membership cap can be reached and negotiated with the Montecillo HOA.
