Pursuant to the Governor's Executive Order N-29-20, Planning Commission Members will be participating via teleconference. - Commission meeting videos are live-streamed on the City's website at www.rhe.city/agendas and available for viewing thereafter. Once the agenda is published, there will be an "eComment" button next to the linked agenda under "Upcoming Events". Follow this link to the City's SpeakUp page. A. 20-1268 PLANNING APPLICATION NO. PA-210295; ADDRESS: 4 Rustler Lane, Rolling Hills Estates, CA 90274; APPLICANT: Ms. Rose Patino, Patino Designs; DESCRIPTION: A request for approval of a Neighborhood Compatibility Determination (NC-210296) for one-story additions to be constructed along the front, side and rear yards to the existing single-story home and attached garage, and increasing the ridge height by 5.5 ft. above the existing residence. The proposed site improvements in the rear yard include construction of a pool house, pool/spa/equipment, covered patios and retaining walls. A Minor Deviation (MD-210297) is required to decrease the rear yard area by less than 10%. A Grading Permit (GR-210298) is required for grading in the rear yard.
