PA-210333; ADDRESS: 29980 Highridge Road, Rolling Hills Estates, CA 90274; APPLICANT: Beryl Tsai; DESCRIPTION: A request for a Neighborhood Compatibility Determination (NC-210334) for a 6' fence in the front yard. A Variance (V-210335) is required to allow a 6' high fence in the front yard (combination of stucco and wrought iron) per RHEMC Section 17.06.360 which limits the height of fences in front yards to 24" max. A second Variance (V-210336) is required to allow the fence to be constructed within the required street side yard setback on Crest Road per RHEMC Section 17.06.370(A) for the street side yard fencing (6' in height and solid stucco wall) to not meet the same side yard setback as that required for the home and to be located 24" back from the adjacent sidewalk.
