NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mayor has called a Special Joint City Council meeting with the Planning Commission to be called to order via teleconference at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 9, 2021, for the purpose of sharing information regarding the proposed General Plan Update and the environment impact review for the Draft General Plan Update presented in the Draft Program Environmental Impact Report (PEIR), and to receive public comments on the Draft PEIR.
