In accordance with Assembly Bill 361 (AB 361), City Council Resolution Nos. 2487, 2490, 2491, 2493, 2498, 2499, 2503, 2505, 2507, 2512, 2519, and 2521, due to the continuing state of emergency, including masking and social distancing directives as a result of the threat of the COVID-19 virus, this meeting is being held remotely via teleconference. There will not be a physical location for this meeting. Committee meetings are recorded for minutes preparation purposes. Emails received before 5:00 p.m. the night of the meeting will be forwarded to the Committee Members for their consideration and included as part of the record. - Members of the public may comment online using eComment on the "Meeting Agendas, Minutes & Videos" page of the City's website (www.rhe.city/agendas). Once the agenda is published, there will be an "eComment" button next to the linked agenda under "Upcoming Events". Follow this link to the City's SpeakUp page. After you register, you may comment on any item on that particular agenda.
