PA-220326; ADDRESS: Citywide; APPLICANT: City of Rolling Hills Estates; DESCRIPTION: A Public Hearing for the Planning Commission to consider proposed municipal code amendments regarding: (1) Update to Chapter 17.76 (Density Bonus and Other Incentives) to address changes in state law; (2) Amendments to Chapter 17.30 (Commercial-General District) to provide for bonus level development in exchange for the provision of certain community amenities or benefits; and (3) a new Chapter 17.82 (Development Agreements), which provides procedures for the application, review, approval and monitoring of negotiated agreements with the city regarding development projects. A recommendation on the municipal code amendments will be made by the Planning Commission to the City Council for consideration at a future City Council meeting.
