In accordance with Assembly Bill 361 (AB 361), City Council Resolution Nos. 2487, 2490, 2491, 2493, 2498, 2499, 2503, 2505, 2507, 2512, 2519, and 2521, due to the continuing state of emergency, including masking and social distancing directives as a result of the threat of the COVID-19 virus, this meeting is being broadcast via teleconference. Members of the public may participate in-person in the Council Chambers, or virtually in the meeting in the following ways: - Members of the public may listen to the meeting live by calling: (1 669 900 9128) from any phone, Meeting ID: 848 7015 4176 Passcode: 443943. (Please note you will not have the ability to speak using the call in option from a phone line.) - Public correspondence may be emailed to the carolc@rollinghillsestatesca.gov. Emails received before 5:00 p.m. prior to the start of the meeting will be forwarded to the Planning Commission for their consideration and included as part of the record. - Members of the public may also comment online using eComment on the "Meeting Agendas, Minutes & Videos" page of the City's website (www.rhe.city/agendas). Once the agenda is published, there will be an "eComment" button next to the linked agenda under "Upcoming Events". Follow this link to the City's SpeakUp page. After you register, you may comment on any item on that particular agenda. A. 22-0506 PLANNING APPLICATION NO. PA-220241; ADDRESS: 19 BUCKSKIN LANE; APPLICANT: DAVID & HELEN SHAW; DESCRIPTION: A request for a Neighborhood Compatibility Determination (NC-220242) to legalize two unpermitted detached accessory structures built less than 7' away from a bridle trail. A Variance (V-2202423) is required to consider an application for building a structure less than 7' to a bridle trail per RHEMC Section 17.06.330. The proposal also includes a grading application (G-220244) for on-site grading greater than 3' or 20 cubic yards of earth movement.
