In accordance with Assembly Bill 361 (AB 361), City Council Resolution Nos. 2487, 2490, 2491, 2493, 2498, 2499, 2503, 2505, 2507, 2512, 2519, 2521, 2530, and 2534, due to the continuing state of emergency, including masking and social distancing directives as a result of the threat of the COVID-19 virus, this meeting is being broadcast via teleconference. Once the agenda is published, there will be an "eComment" button next to the linked agenda under "Upcoming Events". Follow this link to the City's SpeakUp page. After you register, you may comment on any item on that particular agenda. The proposal requires a Variance (V-220485) for a portion of the existing second story that contains an existing nonconforming height-to-setback ratio on the south side of the home. The proposal also requires a Minor Deviation (MD-220426) for a reduction of the required front yard area by no more than ten percent (10%), from 3,318 square feet to 3,309 square feet.
