In accordance with Assembly Bill 361 (AB 361), City Council Resolution Nos. 2487, 2490, 2491, 2493, 2498, 2499, 2503, 2505, 2507, 2512, 2519, 2521, 2530, and 2534, due to the continuing state of emergency, including masking and social distancing directives as a result of the threat of the COVID-19 virus, this meeting is being broadcast via teleconference. Members of the public may participate virtually in the meeting in the following ways: - Members of the public may listen to the meeting live by calling: (1 669 900 9128) from any phone, Meeting ID: 867 8530 7395 Passcode: 900177. (Please note you will not have the ability to speak using the call in option from a phone line.) - Public correspondence may be emailed to the rosap@rollinghillsestates.gov. Emails received before 5:00 p.m. prior to the start of the meeting will be forwarded to the Park and Activities Commission for their consideration and included as part of the record. - Members of the public may also comment online using eComment on the "Meeting Agendas, Minutes & Videos" page of the City's website (www.rhe.city/agendas). Once the agenda is published, there will be an "eComment" button next to the linked agenda under "Upcoming Events". Follow this link to the City's SpeakUp page. After you register, you may comment on any item on that particular agenda. These comments can be seen by the public, will be considered by the Council and become part of the record. - Members of the public who wish to speak during this meeting may join the Zoom meeting by accessing the Zoom app from a computer (downloaded at Zoom.com) or tablet or phone (downloaded in the App Store), by entering the following credentials: Meeting ID: 867 8530 7395 Passcode: 900177. - Members of the public who join the Zoom meeting will not have video, and may request to speak using the following process: After joining the Zoom meeting, if you wish to speak, please select the "raise hand" option at the lower portion of your screen.
