As summarized in the report, staff is able to support the project as presented. Staff recommends that the Planning Commission approve PA-230406 (G-230357) with the conditions outlined in the staff report. The Project was reviewed in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (Public Resources Code § 21000 and following: "CEQA") and the State CEQA Guidelines (14 CCR § 15000 and following) and was determined to be Categorically Exempt under Class 3 of the State CEQA Guidelines, Section 15303 New Construction of Small Structures.
