A. 23-1201 PLANNING APPLICATION NO. 240428; LOCATION: 67 Peninsula Center, Rolling Hills Estates, CA 90274; APPLICANT: Greg Cooke, DRC Engineering; A request for approval of a Precise Plan of Design (PPD-240429) for the reconstruction of a 4.91-acre portion of an existing commercial parking lot at the Peninsula Shopping Center. The Project was reviewed in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (Public Resources Code § 21000 and following: "CEQA") and the State CEQA Guidelines (14 CCR § 15000 and following) and was determined to be Categorically Exempt under Class 2 of the State CEQA Guidelines, Section 15302 Replacement or Reconstruction.
