PA-240141; ADDRESS: 758 SILVER SPUR ROAD, ROLLING HILLS ESTATES, CA 90274; APPLICANT: MOSTAFA RAHIMI; DESCRIPTION:A request for a Conditional Use Permit (CUP-240140) to operate a medical office use, a Precise Plan of Design (PPD-240142) for exterior improvements to an existing commercial building and a Variance (V-240478) to allow the site to maintain less than twenty percent of the existing surface parking area as landscaped area. The Project was reviewed in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (Public Resources Code § 21000 and following: "CEQA") and the State CEQA Guidelines (14 CCR § 15000 and following) and was determined to be Categorically Exempt under Class 1 of the State CEQA Guidelines, Section 15301 Existing Facilities.
