The Project was reviewed in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (Public Resources Code § 21000 and following: "CEQA") and the State CEQA Guidelines (14 CCR § 15000 and following) and was determined to be Categorically Exempt under Class 1 of the State CEQA Guidelines, Section 15301 Existing Facilities.

Recommendation: That the Planning Commission open the Public Hearing; take public testimony; discuss the issues; close the Public Hearing; and, adopt Resolution No. PA-240472, approving the project, and in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (Public Resources Code §21000 et seq.: "CEQA"), determine that the project is Categorically Exempt under Class 1, Section 15301 - Existing Facilities.
