A. 23-1295 PLANNING APPLICATION NO. PA-240472; ADDRESS: 550 Deep Valley Drive, Suite 116, Rolling Hills Estates, CA 90274; APPLICANT: Mega Looma LLC; A request for a Conditional Use Permit (CUP-240473) to allow an indoor amusement/entertainment facility that includes a snack bar for the sale of packaged foods, soft drinks, beer and wine within the Promenade PV shopping center. The Project was reviewed in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (Public Resources Code § 21000 and following: "CEQA") and the State CEQA Guidelines (14 CCR § 15000 and following) and was determined to be Categorically Exempt under Class 1 of the State CEQA Guidelines, Section 15301 Existing Facilities. Memo from: Katrina Kawagoe, Assistant Planner Recommendation: That the Planning Commission open the Public Hearing; take public testimony; discuss the issues; close the Public Hearing; and, adopt Resolution No. PA-240472, approving the project, and in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (Public Resources Code §21000 et seq.: "CEQA"), determine that the project is Categorically Exempt under Class 1, Section 15301 - Existing Facilities.
